Control the - Actuals Appear Up To - in the Daily Tracker Forecast, just as is posisble in Scenarios

Daily Tracker Forecast in the current month can be hard to understand, because of partial billing, invoicing, dates of manual predictions - would like to be able to choose to supress actuals up to end previous month in the Daily Tracker Forecast.

This is a must. The feature as designed is actually not valuable and creates more issues with forecasting.
